Job OverviewThe role of HR Associate Manager involves managing end-to-end Human Resources Operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance management, and coordination across internal teams.Manage complete onboarding processes: documentation, profile creation, induction setup, and verification workflows.Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, shift schedules, and HRIS updates (Zoho People or similar tools).Support HR compliance, including audits, policy documentation, and record maintenance.Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related data, requests, and employee engagement activities.Assist in grievance handling, query resolution, and follow-up on escalations.Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, tracking sheets, and analytics.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–6 years of experience in HR Operations or employee lifecycle management.Mandatory experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS.
