The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing mobile applications and familiarity with QA processes, tools, and methodologies.Position Location:JaipurReports To:Delivery Manager QAWhat We're Looking For:Entrees (Requirements):2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.Strong manual testing expertise, especially in mobile app testing (iOS/Android).Working knowledge of QA tools: Jira, Zephyr (or similar).Familiarity with automation basics using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), STLC, and agile methodologies.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.With a side of (Additional Skills):Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs).Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).ISTQB or similar QA certification.Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure quality, usability, and performance.Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios using Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers to identify, log, and track defects.Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.Gain exposure to automation by writing and maintaining basic test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.Document software defects clearly and concisely.Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings as part of the Agile process.Interview Process:Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition TeamInterview #2: Video interview with the Technical Teams (via MS Teams/F2F)Interview #3: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams/F2F)PAR is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
