Role & responsibilities

  • Quality Monitoring & Inspection:

  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections on materials and finished products.

  • Ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor production activities for adherence to SOPs and GMP (if applicable).

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update QA documentation such as test reports, deviation reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and batch records.

  • Assist in preparing QA reports and documentation for audits.

  • Record and investigate customer complaints and product non-conformances.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

  • Audit and Compliance:

  • Assist in internal and external audits (ISO, FSSAI, GMP, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards.

  • Training & SOP Management:

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards and practices for production teams.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • B.Tech / M.tech in Engineering, or a related discipline.

Attention to Detail:

  • Critical for identifying even minor defects or deviations in product quality or documentation.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze root causes of quality issues and propose effective corrective actions.

Communication Skills:

  • Clearly convey findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Write reports, SOPs, and quality documentation in a clear and concise manner.
