Program Manager (Growth Operations)We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead our growth operations initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition through the optimization of existing channels, aggressive exploration of new growth vectors, and rapid experimentation.New Growth Channels:Research and test novel user acquisition channelsRun pilot programs with well-defined metricsRecommend channels for scaling or dropping based on data analysisFunnel Optimization (Existing Channels):Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnelsDrive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flowsCollaborate with Marketing/Product to boost efficiency and LTV/CACExperimentation:Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnelsExecute experiments using testing toolsDocument hypotheses, results, and insightsData & Reporting:Own tracking setup and data accuracyBuild dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions)Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecksRequirementsExperience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environmentEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical fieldAnalytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
