Marketplace Strategist Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and proactive professional who can drive the growth of our e-commerce channel, covering market research, product optimization, advertising, sales planning, new product launches, and financial performance analysis.Take ownership of the entire marketplace strategy including execution, growth planning, and financial management.Manage end-to-end listings creation, optimization, quality control, and compliance.Drive aggressive business expansion, enhanced visibility, pricing optimization, and selection improvement.Develop and execute effective ad campaigns to boost return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall sales performance.Identify & launch new products based on industry trends and data insights.Establish and maintain strong relationships with category and operations partners.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze competition, manage penalties, and ensure operational excellence.Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.Strong listing, catalog, SEO, and analytics skills.Proven experience running and optimizing ad campaigns.Good understanding of pricing, inventory, selection planning, and market trends.Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and ownership mindset.
