We are launching with a focus on clothing (kurtis, t-shirts, etc.) and home decor and are looking for passionate people to build this vision with us The Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Seller Onboarding Specialist to join our founding team. You will be at the forefront of building our business, responsible for finding, recruiting, and launching the best Indian vendors on our platform. Your mission is to fill our marketplace with a diverse and high-quality product selection that our customers will love. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and contact high-potential vendors in India, focusing on our key categories (clothing, home decor, and more). Pitch the Indobaz value proposition and business model to prospective sellers. Manage the end-to-end seller onboarding process, from initial contact and documentation to the first live listing. Guide new sellers through the registration, cataloging, and product listing process, ensuring all listings meet our quality standards. Work closely with vendors to get the maximum number of products live on the platform quickly and efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for new sellers, answering questions and resolving any issues. Track and report on your vendor acquisition pipeline and onboarding metrics. What We're Looking For? 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, vendor acquisition, seller onboarding, business development, or a similar role. A strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape (experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A true self-starter. As this is a fully remote role, you must be highly organised, motivated, and able to manage your time effectively. Proficiency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a major advantage).
