We are a leading provider of pharmacovigilance analytics software for the pharmaceutical industry, delivering innovative data-driven solutions that help clients enhance drug safety and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Define, lead and manage complex multi-workstream programmes for pharmaceutical clients.Align programme objectives with business strategy to ensure all projects contribute to defined outcomes.Provide governance and direction across projects, managing dependencies, interproject risks and overall programme-level planning and reporting.Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparent communication and alignment across business and technical teams. Coordinate and oversee the work of multiple project managers and third-party contributors to ensure cohesion across deliverables.Maintain tight control of programme scope and oversee the evaluation and approval of change requests, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.Actively mentor and support the development of project managers within the team, fostering a culture of project management excellence and continuous learning.Ensure a consistent approach to project and programme delivery across the organisation by championing standardised methodologies and best practices.Monitor budgets, timelines, resources and KPIs across the programme and proactively address variances or issues.Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of enterprise-level project and programme delivery methodologies and governance structures.Ensure all programme activities are compliant with industry regulations including pharmacovigilance standards and data privacy laws.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Programme Manager, where you will have the chance to develop and lead complex programmes that deliver significant business value to clients and the organisation.You will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and leading senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver programme outcomes on time, within budget and to high quality standards.If you are a highly experienced, strategic thinker with deep domain expertise in software delivery for the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of pharmacovigilance, safety and regulatory technology, then we would like to hear from you.
