Join us and let's redefine customer loyalty and retention togetherNote: This position requires the candidate to be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop ML-driven personalization solutions for dining experiences, ordering journeys and customer targeting.Research, design and deploy scalable machine learning models using large-scale structured and unstructured dataPartner with internal engineering and product teams to conceptualize, plan and execute the roadmapCommunicate complex results in a clear, concise and actionable mannerMentor junior data scientists and contribute to setting best practices for the teamEvaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies applicable to the restaurant industry.Experience Required: Degree in Statistics,Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or any similar discipline6-9 years of relevant working experienceProficient in RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Expertise in Python, especially data science and data wrangling libraries such as numpy, pandas etcStrong analytical, data interpretation and problem solving skillsGood grasp of basic statistical concepts and ML algorithmsBasic knowledge of AI/ML model deployment lifecycleStrong understanding of the practical applications of machine-learning approaches around supervised and unsupervised learning tasks.Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark, MPP DatabasesSelf-motivated, independent learner and willing to share knowledge with team membersDetail-oriented and efficient time manager in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment Good to have:Experience in personalization and customer propensity modellingTesting and deployment of APIs for large scale production systemsExperience in building ML models at scale, using big data pipelines on platforms such as SparkUnderstanding of deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow/PyTorchExperience with GCP/BigQueryWhy Join Delivery Hero India?At Delivery Hero India, we believe diversity and inclusion are key to creating not only an exciting product, but also an amazing customer and employee experience.
