Job Purpose Oversight of Credit risk policies and processes, contribution in development and maintenance of Risk policies, processes, and frameworks, planning and execution of portfolio risk reviews/ thematic risk reviews/ stress testing as per risk management framework of the organization. Deploy and drive data ETL, modelling, analytics, and publishing tools. The PRM would be required to communicate his findings/ critiques with peers, stakeholders, and management.


Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)

Risk management ie identification,

assessment, mitigation-control, monitoring

and reporting of the risks and continual

improvement of risk management systems. · Carry out following activities to identify, assess, control-mitigate, monitor, and report the risk and continuously improve the risk management system as per laid down framework and best practices. · Oversight of Credit Risk polices/processes. · Regular portfolio risk review · Thematic risk reviews, Stress testing etc

Deploy and drive data ETL, data modelling,

data analytics, and publishing tools. · Identify the data sources, design the metrics, and deploy the various data tools for carrying out the risk management activities to improve the accuracy, depth, productivity, and execution efficiencies.

Monitoring the internal and external

context

· Continuously monitor the changes in internal (like changes in product, policy, processes, systems, complaints etc) and external context (like changes in regulations, economic conditions, new developments etc) to identify the emerging risks and opportunities.

Collaboration

· Engage, communicate, and manage conflicts with peers, stakeholders, and management during the course of various risk management activities.

Publication · Clearly articulate and report the findings/ proposed actional plan to all the stakeholders and management.

People / Team Management · Open to feedback and criticism. · Lead the team on actionable and guide the team on a strong career path. · Work closely with all team members for providing guidance and resolving the issues to ensure that team goals and objectives are met on expected timelines.

· Chartered Accountant

· CFA

· MBA (Finance) from Cat A

institutes / IIM

· IIT / Data science

· FRM


· Knowledge of risk management concepts, practices, regulations, policies, processes, systems, and tools. · Knowledge of home loan products. · Knowledge of or clarity on application of modelling techniques, statistics, ML and AI tools in field of credit and risk management. · Knowledge of various data and productivity tools like SAS, SQL, python, MS office etc. · Ability to implement concepts, ideas into practice. · Communication, articulation, and presentation skills. · Strong Interpersonal skills.

Experience Required (examples listed below)

· Overall experience of 12-15 years in field of credit and/or risk management in Banks/NBFC’s/HFC’s.

· Minimum experience of 5+ years – in Lending (underwriting or policy) / Retail Asset business / Risk

Management

· Preferably should have 2+ years of experience of use various data tools like Power bi/ Tableau etc.
