Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:Denodo Administrative SupportBusiness As Usual SupportTechnical Infrastructure ManagementHelp/Share Best Practices with DevelopersPOC on New Feature/Functionality/ChangesDenodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekend rotation from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)Planned Downtime Support Incident and Change ManagementCapacity Management and Life Cycle ManagementService Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)Report PromotionsCode Review, Code Optimization and Platform PromotionsData Sources Creation, Base view Creation/Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation/Setup, Implementation of Row/Column level securitySystem/Platform Upgrade SupportVendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)Disaster Recovery Testing
