We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data & AI Consultant with an aptitude for building Data pipelines, Data Products and AI/ML models . This role, based in Bangalore (India) , will focus on solutioning, pre-sales support and delivering scalable data pipelines, data products, enabling ML workflows, and ensuring platform governance for enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions proposed to APAC/USA clients. Responsibilities: Participate in pre-sales support, client PoC development , solution demos, and project schedule/scoping of implementation rollouts. Design and implement enterprise-grade data pipelines, data products and ML workflows . Build and maintain SQL-based transformations , automated recipes, and flow orchestration with scenarios. Integrate external Python/R code into DSS projects for advanced analytics use cases. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams for scalable solution delivery. Enable and maintain governance, access control , and compliance frameworks . Monitor performance of deployed models, pipelines, and Dataiku server resources. Overseas travels as required for short assignments/on-site client meetings. Experience & Skills: Data Management: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing end-to-end data pipelines, data products and ML workflows , including visual recipes, Python/R code recipes, scenario automation, and model deployment. SQL & Data Pipeline Engineering: Strong command of SQL for data transformation, preparation, and advanced joins/aggregation. Proven experience in building high-volume, optimized ETL/ELT pipelines across structured and semi-structured data. AI/ML Model Building: Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models , integrating with internal/external Python libraries, feature engineering, model performance monitoring, and retraining workflows. Data Governance & Platform Management: Understanding of governance best practices (project security, roles, versioning, lineage, audit logging, and reusable flow zones). Cloud Ecosystem Experience: Working knowledge of platform like AWS (S3/EMR/SageMaker) /Denodo / Databricks/ Snowflake. Soft Skills: Good communication skills with clients and stakeholders. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Good To Have: Work experience in Dataiku, Denodo is highly desired. Experience with CI/CD practices , Git integration , and DevOps automation . Exposure to data catalog, lineage tracking , or metadata management . Familiarity with building solutions for financial services and insurance sectors. Knowledge of visualization tools integrated with Dataiku/Denodo (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
