Urgent Hiring: Contract Manager | ACME Group | Gurugram (On-site)

At ACME Group, we are shaping the future of energy across renewables, green hydrogen, and sustainable infrastructure. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities of Contract Management:

Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Contracts

  • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and enforceable agreements.
  • Review terms and conditions to identify risks, liabilities, and ambiguities.
  • Negotiate favorable terms while ensuring balanced risk allocation.

Risk Identification and Management

  • Proactively assess contractual, commercial, and execution risks.
  • Implement mitigation strategies and maintain a risk register.
  • Provide early warnings to management regarding potential exposures.

Record Keeping and Documentation

  • Maintain an organized contract repository, including approvals, correspondence, and variations.
  • Track milestones, obligations, guarantees, insurance, and payments.
  • Ensure audit readiness and transparency in reporting.

Continuous Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track key dates (NTP, completion, milestone payments, BG validity).
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Dispute Prevention and Resolution

  • Monitor performance and obligations to minimize conflicts.
  • Manage claims preparation and defense (EOT, cost escalation, variations).
  • Engage in negotiations, settlements, or formal dispute resolution to safeguard organizational interests.

Qualification: Full-time B.Tech(Any Stream)

Experience: 9 to 12 years
