Job Description: Sales Executive Company: Kaya Chitra by Mridul Photography Studio-Vesu Location: In-house, Vesu Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Week Off: One weekday off (Saturday and Sunday are working days due to high client walk-ins) About Us: Kaya Chitra by Mridul Photography Studio-Vesu is a premier photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, kids, event, and wedding & celebrity photography. We pride ourselves on capturing precious moments and creating lasting memories for our clients. Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for explaining our various photography packages to potential clients, making calls to qualified leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role is crucial in driving our business growth by converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their photography needs and preferences. Package Explanation: Clearly explain the details of our photography packages, including maternity, newborn, kids, event, and wedding photography. Lead Management: Make calls to qualified leads to introduce our services, answer queries, and schedule studio visits or consultations. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience and encourage repeat business. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the photography and marketing teams to ensure cohesive client communication and service delivery. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in any service industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
