We are hiring for a leading name in the automotive component manufacturing sector, committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence and are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth functioning of our plant operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all plant maintenance activities to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to optimize overall plant efficiency and cost control.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic performance reports.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, modern technologies, and equipment reliability methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance-related software and MS Office tools will be an added
  • advantage.
