**Job Description:** We are seeking a seasoned Branding Expert to lead our strategic rebranding efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern design principles and the ability to create a unified brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.The successful Branding Expert will guide our overall rebranding direction, aligning with client needs and company vision. Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing a comprehensive visual identity strategy, including logo, color palette, typography, and design elements inspired by Cahuilla heritage.Culturally consulting to ensure respectful representation and protection of tribal culture and intellectual property.Providing input on website UX/UI, storytelling, and digital engagement strategy.Organizing master brand and sub-brands for government, cultural, and economic services.Defining KPIs, assisting in measurement plans, and creating long-term brand governance tools.We require an experienced professional with 6–8 years in branding, marketing, or communications consulting, as well as experience with tribal, public sector, or culturally sensitive projects. A strong portfolio in rebranding, visual identity, and digital transformation is essential. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are also crucial. Familiarity with brand strategy tools, UX/UI, CRM, and SEO best practices is highly valued.
