If you have a passion for creating high-impact visual content and driving business growth through innovative design solutions, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Lead creative design execution for branding, digital campaigns, social media, performance ads, web & printCollaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, video editors, & growth teams to deliver high-quality workTransform abstract concepts/briefs into strong visual stories and campaign directionsDesign high-quality static, motion, and advertising creatives for Meta, Google, & programmatic platformsEnsure brand consistency and develop design systems across projectsGuide junior designers, review work, and raise the visual barPresent ideas, justify design decisions, and manage client feedback professionallyOwn end-to-end design delivery timelines and qualityRequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) with Figma knowledge a plusStrong portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking, not just standalone designsUnderstanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity, and digital advertising principlesAbility to create high-impact social media & performance marketing creativesStrong storytelling and conceptual thinkingCapacity to multitask and work in fast-paced agency timelinesMotion graphics expertise preferredExperience working with real clients, pitches, and presentations
