Workday Specialist JobThis role involves providing expert-level support for the Workday Human Capital Management system, including its configuration, implementation, and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and support various Workday HCM modules to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.Manage system upgrades, testing, integrations, and reports to meet organizational needs.Develop and maintain data-driven insights within Workday through reporting and calculated fields.Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure accurate data integrity across modules.Participate in Workday implementations, enhancements, and change management initiatives.Provide expert training and documentation to HR and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance with HR data security and privacy standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.Profound knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and integrations is essential.Experience with Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Tracking modules is highly desirable.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are required.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Workday certification in HCM or related modules.Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, or Workday Studio integrations.Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processes, or talent management.Project management or Agile methodology experience.
