International Sales Professional OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and target-driven sales expert to manage the complete international sales cycle—from initial engagement with qualified leads to converting them into successful enrollments.Manage the entire sales lifecycle: prospect outreach → consultative selling → follow-ups → conversion.Engage with a large volume of well-qualified international leads and counsel working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and email to help them choose the right IT courses.Understand learner career goals and provide consultative recommendations to support their growth.Drive high-quality conversations and build trust with prospects to achieve and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.Maintain accurate MIS reports, CRM entries, and lead tracking sheets to ensure seamless enrollment coordination with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Counseling working professionals globally to recommend IT courses that align with their career objectives.Managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to successful enrollment.Engaging with a large volume of well-qualified international leads and managing lead tracking sheets.Coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless enrollment.Driving high-quality conversations and building trust with prospects.Exceeding monthly conversion and revenue targets.Requirements:Proven track record in sales and customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis.Familiarity with IT courses and industry trends.
