Now we have introduced IT software training courses also to help and place more students in this digital industry.In last 15 years we have trained and place over 3000 professionals in digital industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Head and Career Counselor. The role involves leading and managing sales efforts, achoeving sales and collection targets ,forming meaningful client relationships, and overseeing account management. The selected candidate will act as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, while also providing guidance and counseling to those seeking career growth opportunities. Responsibilities include driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring both individual and organizational goals are met.QualificationsStrong Sales and Sales Management skills to develop and execute strategies for meeting business objectives and driving revenue growth.Proficiency in Team Management and Account Management to lead teams effectively and build long-term client relationships.Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, market trends, and reports to support decision-making and strategy development.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field and industry experience in sales and counseling are a plus
