We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead our Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering successful projects, leveraging their expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.Key qualifications include proficiency in process flow, setup knowledge and solutions to common challenges faced in HCM modules.The candidate should have hands-on experience working on Fusion, with exposure to EBS and a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Ambitious individuals should also possess a solid grasp of SQL, Data Migration and Customization, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Furthermore, they should have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.In terms of required skills, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate expertise in at least three HCM modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety or HR Help Desk.
