Job DescriptionLeading a team in Bangalore, we are hiring for a key role that encompasses the management of Oracle Fusion HCM. This position involves overseeing various aspects of human capital management, including benefits, compensation, US payroll, core HR, absence management, and overtime leave.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate must possess:At least 7 years of experience in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle.Expert domain knowledge in one or more of the following modules: Benefits//Compensation//US payroll//Core HR//Absence Management//OTL.Strong working experience in design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Managers.Ability to interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts and deliverables.Openness to domestic or international travel for short and long durations.BenefitsThis role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.OthersInterested candidates can submit their CVs for consideration.
