Oracle HCM Technical SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on payroll processing.Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for payroll data extracts, RTF template updates, BIP and OTBI development, and SQL/PL SQL tuning.Work closely with the business to gather detailed technical requirements and document them in technical specifications.Responsible for unit testing and regression testing of RICE components.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields is required, as well as good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll area.Desirable skills include:Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas and HDL experience.Experience in Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Ability to work night shifts.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and contribute to the success of our organization.
