Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled HCM Technical Specialist to join our team. About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and extensive experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications, with a focus on developing and managing HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.Responsibilities:Develop secure HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards using advanced technical skills.Design and implement HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs, and Fast formulas for data analysis.Collaborate with business teams to upload data via HDL/HSDL templates.Ensure understanding of HCM roles, security, and workflow customization.Apply analytical and debugging skills to resolve complex issues.Maintain accurate documentation and testing processes.Effectively communicate with business stakeholders.Qualifications:A minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application is required.Required Skills:Proficiency in developing secure HCM BI and OTBI reports/dashboards.Experience in designing HCM extracts, ETL jobs, and fast formulas.Knowledge of data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Understanding of HCM roles, security, and workflow customization.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Strong documentation and testing skills.Effective communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.We offer an equal opportunity workplace that values diversity and inclusivity.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
