Warehouse Operations (AM/DM)Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The individual will drive operational excellence and build performance culture for the Warehouse.Job Responsibilities:Drive the City P&L and monitor the recurring cost very closely at each warehouse levelEnsuring the labours / Logistics and Last Mile is in sync with the capacity build and fits into our forecasting modelResponsible to create and maintain the budget month on month and report the same to the concernedWorking towards resolving issues at the warehouse/LM front ensuring overall interest of the company is not compromisedEnsuring timely update of all reports on a day to day basis by the WH team and checking on sanity of the sameDrive the audit and process compliance within each warehouse and ensure it is strictly followed without any exceptionWork hand in hand with the Bangalore team to develop/implement new plans/ ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at largeDevelop OKR’s at the warehouse/Last Mile level for each line reporting and track the same monthlyEnsure the Perpetual stock count / audit dashboard is completed every week and conduct random check to confirm the sameKeep a track of WMS dashboard and ensure On-time delivery performance and controlled OT hours at any point of time in each warehouseConduct a weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the Last Mile and warehouse team and ensure good communication flow between both the teamEnsuring minimum escalation at customer front and working towards minimizing cancellation during deliveryCoach and mentor people in all the departments in his regionWork closely with the HR team and Drive the recruitment in his respective cityJob Specification:5+ years of warehouse handling experience and should have handled Mumbai region in his \ her present or earlier stint.Btech or MBA with Operations \ Supply Chain studies (preferred)Has handled large warehouses, preferably about 75,000 sqft.Perks include● Industry competitive salary packages with benefits● Exposure working with some of the best minds in the industry.● A positive work atmosphere that encourages collaboration and holistic development● We provide a comprehensive insurance cover for you and your family.
