Role Overview :

As a Junior Recruiter at nxtjob.ai, you will be responsible for recruiting on behalf of our clients. You’ll manage the full recruitment process for our clients, working across both IT and Non-IT roles . You will leverage your skills in Boolean search and your experience with platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn to source the best talent. Key Responsibilities :

Client-Focused Recruitment : Work with various clients to understand their hiring needs and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Sourcing Candidates : Use Boolean search techniques to source qualified candidates on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn .
Handling Mid-Level Positions : Recruit for positions in the 8 - 20 LPA CTC range across both IT and Non-IT roles .
Screening Resumes : Review and screen candidate applications, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each client.
Conducting Initial Interviews : Perform initial interviews via phone or video to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Coordination : Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications.
Maintaining Talent Pools : Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles, ensuring up-to-date records in the ATS.

Key Requirements :

Experience
0-1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven track record recruiting for IT and Non-IT roles in the 8 - 20 LPA CTC range .
Expertise using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn , and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
Experience with Boolean search techniques to efficiently identify top talent.
Skills :
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to multitask and prioritize recruitment assignments for various clients.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software for tracking candidates and processes.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in screening and recruitment documentation.
Tech Savvy : Proficient in using online platforms, Boolean search, and recruitment tools.

Compensation : 15k/month fixed + quarterly commisions upto 4 lac rupees.
