Key to driving sustainable business growth is a well-executed supply chain strategy. As a Strategic Planning professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision for our organization's supply chain ecosystem. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales operations are aligned to support future growth.The position involves developing and executing the supply chain strategy, ensuring it is aligned with organizational goals and market growth plans. You will identify areas for structural improvement and optimize our manufacturing footprint. Additionally, you will lead scenario planning, capacity modeling, and risk simulations to guarantee supply continuity and optimal cost structures.We require expertise in network optimization and Capex strategy. The successful candidate will evaluate and recommend changes to our sourcing plan, plant locations, warehousing models, and logistics networks based on demand projections and category growth. Furthermore, they will build long-term Capex requirements including automation, digital tools, warehouse expansion, and sustainability initiatives.Effective demand, inventory, and production strategy is also essential. You will collaborate with our S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy and balance demand-supply risks. Additionally, you will set strategic inventory norms and define buffer strategies for high-risk SKUs and critical raw materials.The ideal candidate will have experience in digital transformation and analytics. They will lead our digital roadmap for supply chain including advanced planning systems (APS), AI/ML forecasting tools, IoT-based visibility, and control tower designs. Moreover, they will create dashboards and decision-support tools for leadership using data-driven insights.A key aspect of this role is cost optimization and productivity. You will drive large-scale productivity programs focused on logistics efficiency, manufacturing throughput, material yield improvement, and working capital management. Additionally, you will build and monitor KPIs and benchmarking models for continuous improvement.Qualifications and Experience:Masters degree in operations management or Supply Chain Management8-15 years of experience in supply chain roles with at least 3-5 years in a strategic or transformation-focused capacityPrior experience in the beverages, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is strongly preferredStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and S&OPSkillset:Strategic thinking with ability to break down complex business challengesAdvanced analytical capabilities; proficiency with supply chain planning tools, optimization models, and data analyticsStrong business acumen and financial understandingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
