About this RoleAs a Manager, Supply Solutions, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the supply chain operates efficiently and meets performance requirements. You will direct and optimize supply chain execution within complex categories to maintain optimal inventory at the highest in-stock rates.About the TeamThe Supply Solutions team oversees inventory management, ensures fulfillment excellence, and handles order management from global origins to retail markets. We drive direct import sales growth and unlock value by ensuring inventory is available while reducing holding, shipping, and production costs.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Optimization: Direct and optimize import fulfillment execution within complex merchandise categories to maintain optimal inventory at the highest in-stock rates.KPI Management and Analysis: Track, review, and maintain accountability for key Supply Chain KPIs.Inventory Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and planning of inventory, setting financial targets in collaboration with the market.Requirements:Supply Chain Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of supply chain management, proficient in core concepts like forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain theory and tools.Education: A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Trading, or related fields.
