Cyber Training Lab Trainer / Senior Cyber Security Instructor
About the RoleWe are looking for a Cyber Training Lab Trainer responsible for imparting training on advanced cybersecurity topics, including digital evidence media handling, web defacement investigation, VA/PT, and emerging threats.

- Reports To: Director – Trainings & Certifications, TICERAIS by Tutelr
Training Program Management:
- Implement, manage, and administer training plans.
- Assist in designing training programs and developing course content.
- Supervise vendors for creating multimedia training materials.
- Manage day-to-day operations of various courses.
Material Development and Integration:
- Collaborate with agencies to integrate training materials.
- Customize, translate, and enhance training materials for delivery.
- Create self-paced learning content for the LMS.
Case Studies and Scenario Development:
- Prepare real-life case studies and training scenarios.
- Continuously update materials based on feedback and new trends.
Technical Environment Setup:
- Set up virtual environments for hands-on training on tools and topics like VA/PT, web defacement investigation, and digital evidence handling.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Work with internal teams to include best practices in training.
- Plan capacity requirements and maintain domain knowledge.
- Stay updated on technology trends for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computers/Electronics/IT (e.g., BE/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech).
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in:
- Ethical hacking, VAPT, OSINT, Deep/Dark Web investigations.
- Web defacement and email/VOIP analysis.
- Cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and incident response.
- Advanced malware analysis and reverse engineering.
- Cloud security and container security (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Zero-day vulnerability identification and exploitation.
- Threat hunting using tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, and SIEM platforms.
- Network security and traffic analysis using Wireshark, Zeek, and Snort.
- Secure coding practices and source code review for vulnerabilities.
- Red team/blue team operations and adversarial simulation.
- At least one active certification:
- CEH, GSEC, GPEN, CySA+, CRISC, ECSA.
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
- CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional).
- Advanced knowledge of ransomware, phishing, and social engineering attack vectors.
- Expertise in blockchain security, IoT security, and AI-driven threat detection.
- Experience with secure DevOps (DevSecOps) practices.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Telugu optional).
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
