As the Head of People Operations, you will build our remote culture, ensure team well-being and leverage AI technology for streamlined people operations.The Key Responsibilities:Scaling from 10 to 100 (Remote First)Build the Foundation: Design an adaptable HR infrastructure for a fully remote workforce.Talent Acquisition: Lead focused hiring sprints and define our talent standards.Remote Culture Design: Create rituals and communication guidelines that bridge time zones.Mental Health SupportProactive Detection: Implement early warning systems to identify burnout signs.Professional Handling: Design workflows for handling mental health conversations.Sustainable Pace: Collaborate with leadership to audit workloads and advocate realistic deadlines.The 'Right to Disconnect': Champion asynchronous work practices respecting time zones.People, Conflict & MediationConflict Resolution: Act as a fair mediator, handling interpersonal conflicts with high emotional intelligence.Psychological Safety: Foster an environment where diverse voices are heard.We're looking for someone with experience scaling a startup, managing HR for a fully remote team, and using AI to make their job more strategic.
