Workforce Planning SpecialistThis role involves leveraging accurate data analysis on demand trends and workforce requirements to inform strategic business decisions.The Workforce Planning Specialist will focus on balancing staffing levels with operational workload, collecting and analyzing operational data to forecast manpower and resource needs, and optimizing work schedules to ensure fair distribution of shifts and compliance with labor regulations.Additionally, they will coordinate with the Human Resources department for staff recruitment and vendors for third-party resources, prepare staffing plans and budget proposals based on forecasted demand and cost analysis, and maintain accurate rosters to ensure service level agreements with airline customers are met.Furthermore, they will ensure that trained and qualified staff are scheduled to meet operational, safety, and quality standards, monitor resource utilization to minimize idle time and control costs, and continuously review and improve scheduling and workforce planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Key responsibilities include:
