Location: Mira Road
Position: Sourcing Executive
Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/ territory.
Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices
Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
Someone who is well versed Mira Road & Bhayandar Area.
Sell residential properties in Mumbai market.
Onboarding & Managing Channel Partners.
Developing Channel Network.
Organize, Plan, and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
Connecting channel partners' clients to the closing team.
If the closing team is unavailable, then attend the channel partners; clients and do the closing.
Maintain cordial relationships with prospective buyers and other customers of the company, written communication skills.
