Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable data infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, data warehousing/lake architecture, and building highly available data pipelines.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with senior-level engineers in a focused environment. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex data projects, as well as a deep understanding of large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud-based data technologies.Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process and transform large datasets efficiently, owning the data platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for downstream consumers, and solving challenging technical problems related to data ingestion, storage, performance, and scalability in a distributed environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience building and maintaining production-scale data platformsDemonstrable mastery of data engineering fundamentals, including data modeling and data warehousing/lake architectureExpert-level proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in at least one language like Python or ScalaDeep, hands-on experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Flink)Proven experience with cloud-based data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, S3, Databricks)Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervisionBenefits:Collaborative and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for growth and professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOthers:As a remote-first team, we value flexibility, trust, and a culture where every voice is heard, ensuring that innovation thrives no matter where we are.
