Senior Accounting ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to lead our US accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in US GAAP and hands-on experience managing accounting teams.Oversee the entire accounting process for US-based clients, including monthly/quarterly/annual closing under US GAAP.Lead a team of accountants, manage work allocation, performance reviews, and training.Review and finalize financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.Evaluate compliance with US accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.Analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to inform business decisions.Collaborate with tax consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams for timely filings and audits.Spearhead system implementations and automation initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency.Provide strategic insights to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage remote teams across time zones.
