Role&responsibilities

1Sales

  • Ensurethat the sales target for the assigned area isachieved
  • Createa revenue realization plan for monthly quarterly and annualsales
  • Planand distribute the area target through the entire sales channel interms of super stockists distributors sales team and products toensure achieving oftarget.
  • Createand submit the annual sales strategy for the Area in terms of newmarket penetration geography market share product mix or any otherfocus points to achieve the salestarget
  • Understandingwhat the competitor is doing and keeping top management informedabout market intelligence at regular or quarterly intervals by wayof a formalmechanism.
2ChannelManagement &Development
  • Managingrelationship with the assigned Super stockist to ensure that thereis smooth working between the company and the superstockist
  • Managingthe relationship with distributors in thearea.
  • Tokeep evaluating the super stockist and recommend adding new orreplacing existing super stockist to the top management from timetotime
  • Tokeep adding new distributors or removing inefficient distributorsfor achieving the sales target of thecompany
  • Visitingthe market with the team to better design the sales strategy and toensure that company sales can be achieved and brand is strengthenedwith Super Stockists Distributors andRetailers.
3PaymentCollection
  • Ontime payment collection for company products sold to Distributorsfrom the Super stockist and from company to Superstockist
4TeamManagement
  • Identifyingand hiring good supervisors officers and other members required forthe effective functioning of the area with managementapproval
  • Ensurethat the team is retained and continue to work with the company andhandling team queries and motivatingteam
  • Ensuringthat team members achieve theirtargets
  • Guideand educate the team members on how they can achieve theirtargets.

RequirementsQualification&Experience:
  • Agraduate/Post graduate with 812 years of relevant experience inSkin care/Cosmetics /similarindustry.
Goodto have
  • Knowledgeof new market penetration market share productmix.
  • Managingthe relationship with distributors in thearea.
  • Gotomarket.
