Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Research:

•Identify influencers across social media platforms that align with brand objectives and target demographics.

•Evaluate influencers based on reach, engagement, authenticity, and brand fit.

Outreach & Relationship Management:

•Initiate and build relationships with influencers through direct outreach and social networking.

•Negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations, and partnership terms.

Campaign Execution:

•Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns to ensure seamless delivery.

•Provide creative briefs and guidelines, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and objectives.

•Oversee real-time campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media Monitoring & Trend Analysis:

•Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing innovations.

•Monitor brand mentions and campaign success metrics.

Administrative & Database Management:

•Maintain and update influencer databases and contact logs.

•Handle coordination tasks such as scheduling, product shipments, and collaboration follow-ups.

Qualifications

•A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress).

•Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

•Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and emerging trends in influencer marketing.

•Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytics is a plus.
