About the Company:

Kelp DAO was founded by Amitej G and Dheeraj B, who have previously founded Stader Labs, a multichain liquid staking platform with $700M+ in TVL. The team is focused on building Liquid Restaking Solutions for public blockchain networks. The Kelp DAO team is building yield vaults on Ethereum, apart from their LRT offering for EigenLayer.


About the Role:

The KOL Associate will support the KOL or influencer marketing team in building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders across various industries and platforms. He/She will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns that involve influencers, celebrities, bloggers, or industry experts to promote products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital strategies, and brand management.


Responsibilities:


  • KOL Research & Identification: Assist in researching and identifying relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors across platforms and industries. Analyze their follower base, engagement metrics, and content style to determine suitability for campaigns.
  • Campaign Planning & Coordination: Help the team in planning influencer marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution. Coordinate communication between KOLs, agencies, and the internal team, ensuring smooth collaboration. Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts and partnership agreements (under the guidance of the manager)
  • KOL Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers through consistent communication. Monitor influencer activity and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Help with tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) like reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions. Assist in compiling campaign reports and providing insights based on data to improve future campaigns.


Qualifications:


  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Maximum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Mandatory web3/crypto/Blockchain/defi background.
