Key Responsibilities:

•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Beauty Advisors across the country.
•Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service for Beauty Advisors.
•Set sales targets and KPIs for Beauty Advisors and monitor their performance.
•Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•Implement strategies to increase sales and achieve business objectives.
•Devise strategies to increase average bill value with upselling, cross selling or other sales techniques.

Skills Required:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
