Operations & DeliveryHead

Asthe Operations Head you will oversee the daily operations andlongterm planning of our IT company ensuring efficient processeshigh productivity and quality standards. This leadership rolerequires a strategic mindset excellent organizational skills and adeep understanding of IT project management client relations andoperational performance optimization. You will collaborate closelywith crossfunctional teams to drive the success of our projectsmanage budgets and improve overall operationalefficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy andExecution: Develop and implement operationalstrategies that align with the company’s objectives.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency productivity andprofitability.
  • Team Leadershipand Development: Manage and mentor the operationsteam fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountabilityand collaboration.
  • Resource andBudget Management: Oversee resource allocation andbudgeting to ensure optimal use of resources across all projects.Maintain accountability for operational costs and financialgoals.
  • Project ManagementOversight: Coordinate with project managers anddepartment heads to ensure timely project delivery and qualityassurance. Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise duringthe project lifecycle.
  • Qualityand Process Improvement: Implement and maintainstandard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.Continuously review and enhance processes to ensure the highestquality in service delivery.
  • Client Relations: Maintainhigh standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring smoothcommunication and timely delivery of services. Address and resolveescalated client issues.
  • DataAnalysis and Reporting: Track and analyze KPIsproject metrics and performance data to make datadriven decisions.Prepare and present regular reports to the executiveteam.
  • Compliance and RiskManagement: Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements industry standards and company policies. Identify andmitigate operational risks.

  • Proven track record in leading andscaling operational teams managing projects and driving processimprovements.
  • Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills.
  • Excellent organizationaland multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency inproject management tools and ERP software.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in datadrivendecisionmaking.
  • Outstanding communication andnegotiation skills.
