Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistDescription: Purpose and ScopeWe are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert technical support to customers and partners.This involves handling escalations from front-line and Tier 2 teams, providing configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers, as well as managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience, expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.), and experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems, multi-factor authentication security systems, and Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.).About This RoleThis is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work in flexible shift times, including weekends and evenings.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues, preparing detailed RCA documents for official submissions to customers, publishing Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base, reviewing technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc., and working with engineering on filling bugs and working with product teams on feature requests.This role also involves leading case swarming and training sessions for frontline teams and working on Hot/Risk technical escalations from the region or other theaters.Skills and Qualifications:Technical support experience with customer-facing focusExpertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems, multi-factor authentication security systems, and Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentBenefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Contact Information
