Service Management Functional Expert Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Functional expert to join our team. This role involves managing customer service interactions, including case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers. Develop and track notifications for complaints, service requests, and detected problems.Efficiently prioritize and classify notifications for effective management.Manage service orders to plan and execute interventions.Monitor the status of service orders, resources used, and associated costs.Monitor stock movements and replenishment levels.Plan on-site interventions, including technician and equipment management.Track interventions in real-time and adjust schedules as needed.Create and manage service contracts, including conditions, SLAs, and billing terms.Ensure contract compliance and manage renewals.Process billing for services rendered, including invoice generation based on interventions and parts used.Integrate with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.Analyze service performance using reporting and analysis tools.Generate customized reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs.Have knowledge on integration of CS and PM module.
