Job Title: SAP Data Transfer ExpertJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the migration of selective data from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Selective Data Transfer, Shell Conversion, and System Landscape Transformation.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategies for migrating selected company codes, processes, or historical data using SDT.Analyze ECC systems to identify migration scope, data objects, and dependencies.Coordinate with business and IT teams to align migration plans with technical and functional needs.System Execution & Technical Support:Execute selective data migration using SLT, DMO, SLO tools, and Migration Cockpit.Configure mapping rules and transformation logic for seamless data transfer.Support system copies, mock migrations, and readiness assessments.Data Mapping & Validation:Conduct data profiling, mapping, and validation between ECC and S/4HANA systems.Work with functional teams to ensure high data quality and accuracy.Meet governance, audit, and compliance standards.Cutover Planning & Go-Live Support:Prepare cutover plans for selective migration activities.Implement Near-Zero Downtime techniques for minimal business disruption.Provide hypercare and post-migration support.Collaboration & Documentation:Collaborate with BASIS, functional consultants, and business teams.Document migration architecture and validation steps.Required Skills & Experience:5–10+ years of SAP experience in ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.Strong hands-on experience with Selective Data Transfer, Shell Conversion, and SLT.Good understanding of SAP master and transactional data (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).Experience with SUM/DMO, Readiness Check, Consistency Check tools.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
