ThreatXIntel is committed to helping clients focus on their business growth with confidence and peace of mind.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP EXA Application Developer with deep expertise in EXA-AG and PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management), focusing on Transfer Pricing automation and integration with SAP S/4HANA.The ideal consultant will design, configure, and optimize EXA-PAPM models for Transfer Pricing scenarios — ensuring compliance, transparency, and automation of intercompany cost allocation across entities. This role requires a mix of functional and technical expertise, with hands-on skills in data modeling, performance tuning, and client enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement EXA-PAPM Transfer Pricing models, including data flows, allocation logic, and profitability reporting structures.Configure EXA-AG applications to support intercompany pricing, cost sharing, and profit center allocations in alignment with client finance and tax requirements.Integrate EXA solutions with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling (CO-PA, CO-PC), and Group Reporting modules.Define data interfaces between EXA, SAP BW, and non-SAP systems using standard connectors (ODP, CDS Views, RFC/BAPI).Perform technical configuration, validations, and model performance optimization in EXA environments.Develop calculation logic, rules, and expressions to support cost allocation, revenue recognition, and Transfer Pricing compliance.Collaborate with finance and tax teams to automate TP policy frameworks within EXA and validate outcomes through reporting dashboards.Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client IT and business users.Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with SAP EXA-AG configuration, modeling, and deployment.Proven expertise in Transfer Pricing frameworks and intercompany allocation processes.Solid understanding of SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) architecture, data models, and function libraries.Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, including ACDOCA, Fiori apps, and CDS views.Experience with data integration and transformation between EXA, BW/4HANA, and external systems.Proficiency in SQL scripting, expression building, and EXA model debugging.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into executable technical designs.Excellent client communication, functional documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.Nice to HaveExperience implementing EXA-PAPM in tax and Transfer Pricing automation projects.Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Group Reporting integration.Exposure to global template rollouts and multi-entity TP compliance frameworks.Understanding of financial data governance, audit trails, and regulatory alignment (OECD, BEPS).DeliverablesConfigured and validated EXA-PAPM Transfer Pricing model (data model, calculation logic, reporting).Documentation covering design specifications, configuration details, and integration maps.UAT test cases, validation reports, and post-go-live handover pack.Optional: Training session deck and recording for internal knowledge transfer.
