Selective Data Migration ExpertWe are seeking an experienced SAP Selective Data Transfer (SDT) specialist to lead our migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:Develop SDT strategies for migrating selected company codes, processes, or historical data.Analyze ECC systems to identify migration scope, data objects, and dependencies.Coordinate with business and IT teams to align SDT plans with technical and functional needs.Migrate selective data using SAP SLT, SAP DMO with System Move, SAP SLO tools, and SAP Migration Cockpit.Configure mapping rules and transformation logic.Support system copies, mock migrations, and readiness assessments.Conduct data profiling, mapping, and validation between ECC and S/4HANA systems.Work with functional teams to ensure high data quality and accuracy.Meet governance, audit, and compliance standards.Prepare cutover plans for selective migration activities.Use Near-Zero Downtime techniques for minimal business disruption.Provide hypercare and post-migration support.Collaborate with BASIS, functional consultants, and business teams.Document migration architecture and validation steps.Required Skills & Experience:5–10+ years of SAP experience in ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.Strong hands-on experience with Selective Data Transfer, Shell Conversion, and SLT.Good understanding of SAP master and transactional data.Experience with SUM/DMO, Readiness Check, Consistency Check tools.Benefits include:Competitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentThis role requires a strong background in SAP and excellent analytical skills.
