Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability initiative, you will be responsible for supporting the central team in developing and implementing our Group's ESG strategy.Key responsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining a cross-business and cross-functional project management office for sustainability projectsSupporting stakeholders in planning and tracking projects, developing and implementing project governance, and maintaining an overview of all projectsProject preparation, execution, and closure, including monitoring progress, status updates, stakeholder reporting, risk identification, resource allocation, meeting preparation, continuous project documentation, and regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A bachelor's degree in sustainability, business administration, or a related fieldAt least 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in sustainability or environmental management projectsIn-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and KanbanExperience using project management tools like JiraExcellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent English language skills; German would be an assetStrong analytical skills, independent working style, confident demeanor, and excellent communication and teamwork skillsPassion for sustainability and strong persuasive abilitiesBenefitsAs a Sustainability Project Coordinator at Körber, you will enjoy:A modern work environment with open culture towards improvements and new ideasDiverse tasks in a highly innovative and international work environment with exciting career prospectsA friendly and team-oriented work culture that values and promotes respectful collaborationAn attractive compensation package including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plan
