And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers.Role OverviewThe Contract Lifecycle Management Technology Lead role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, over 10 years in enterprise software implementation, and at least 3 years working with DocuSign technology, including relevant certifications. Responsibilities include leading CLM technology strategy and implementation, driving process improvements, managing team performance, configuring the CLM platform, overseeing testing phases, and ensuring successful deployment aligned with business objectives.What will you do in this role:Partners with business leaders (ED's, VP's) to define and drive CLM technology strategy to enable business objectivesDrives technical implementation of CLM solution across in-scope markets and functional areasIdentifies and catalyses opportunities to drive process efficiency and process improvementProvides an enterprise mindset and brings an outside-in perspective to provide the CLM implementation program with industry best practicesProvide technical and business use expertise for the CLM platform, offering product recommendations and configurationsUnderstands business needs and support technical design of solutions, requirements documentation, and expectations for deploymentMonitors and manage team goals and performance and ensure the team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategiesDevelop integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time, high-quality implementationAccountable for configuration of the CLM platform based on approved designs, including:Template ConfigurationsIntake ConfigurationsWorkflow ConfigurationsIntegration data flowsRepository Structure and Security Model ConfigurationReporting, Alerts, and Dashboards ConfigurationAccountable for proper functioning of the configured solution through:Unit TestingPost-Migration QA/QCFunctional Testing (Pre-UAT)System Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing Support (UAT)Oversees deployment of approved and tested designs as part of the CLM rolloutContributes to project planning, organization, task management, decision-making, escalations, and prioritizations from a technical perspectiveWhat should you have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on enterprise systems across functional areas5+ years of team leadership/management of staff; Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholder groups to drive business outcomes3+ years of experience working with DocuSign technologyTwo or more of the following certifications:DocuSign CLM AdministratorDocuSign CLM Workflow DeveloperDocuSign CLM Implementation ConsultantDocuSign CLM Technical ConsultantProven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementation projects, including integrations with existing software applicationsDeep understanding of system implementation principles, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience implementing integrations between systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex implementation and integration issues and develop effective solutionsWillingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposesMotivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendor groups.Our technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
