Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining longterm business relationships, serving as an internal advocate and client liaison for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:Reviewing feedback across the center and providing help and advice to customers and staffCrafting resolution plans for customer issues and ensuring effective communication with customers through various channelsAnalyzing customer satisfaction data, identifying trends and issues, and implementing improvements to customer service proceduresHandling customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues, and issuing refunds or compensationsMaintaining accurate records of customer interactions and producing written information for customersLeading or supervising a team to deliver highstandard customer serviceLearning about our organizations products or services and staying updated with industry trendsDriving customer retention and reacquisition strategies Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:Proven working experience as a guest relations or customer relationship managerExperience in providing customer service supportExcellent knowledge of management methods and techniquesProficiency in EnglishWorking knowledge of customer service software, databases, and toolsAwareness of the industrys latest technology trendsAbility to think strategically and lead effectivelyStrong clientfacing and communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills Required Skills:Guest relations managementCustomer service supportManagement methods and techniques Location: Bangalore
