Business Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Growth Specialist with expertise in IT staffing to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth by placing top IT talent across the US.You will collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, and account management teams to ensure consistent business growth and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:New Business Acquisition:Identify, prospect, and onboard new direct clients, system integrators, and MSP/VMS accounts across the US.Develop and execute lead generation and outreach strategies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and staffing platforms.Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service-level agreements.Account Management:Build strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs, culture, and timelines.Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.Upsell and cross-sell staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.Revenue & Target Ownership:Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.Ensure high margins and profitability through effective negotiation and deal structuring.Market Intelligence & Collaboration:Stay updated with market trends, rate fluctuations, and skill demand in the US IT landscape.Partner with internal recruitment and marketing teams to optimize talent sourcing and branding efforts.
