About the Role

We’re seeking a high-calibre National Sales & Marketing Manager who will be the linchpin in driving United Metalik’s next phase of growth. You’ll lead a team, set the direction, and be measured not just by what you do, but by what your team achieves.
What You’ll Own
- Build, lead, and scale a secondary sales team of 10–15 people across multiple territories.
- Architect and execute sales + marketing strategies for consumer durables & large appliances.
- Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers — especially in general trade.
- Shape brand positioning through campaigns, events, and trade activations.
- Identify market gaps and new growth zones; create and implement tactical plans.
- Monitor sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics; report to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years proven experience in Consumer Durables / Small Appliances domain.
- MBA from a reputed institute, with specialization in Marketing / Strategy / Sales.
- Demonstrated success in leading a secondary sales team (10–15 members minimum).
- Deep understanding of general trade, distribution networks, and modern trade.
- Strategic mindset + hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
