Highly Skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant for ADP Payroll Integration

Job Title: OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Techno-Functional ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Time and Labor techno-functional consultant with expertise in ADP Payroll integration.Job Description:The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise to configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring smooth integration with ADP Payroll, and troubleshooting issues related to these integrations.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in integrating ADP Payroll solutions with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modules.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud.Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management.Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.Experience integrating ADP Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and Time and Labor modules.Benefits:This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity to work remotely from India. The duration of the contract is 12 months.Others:Timings: Mostly 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
