As a senior techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring payroll solutions for clients in the US and Canada regions.70% functional and 30% technical expertiseImplementing experience and involvement in payroll elements setup/configurations for US and Canada regionStrong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada regionUS and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4)North America Taxation experienceAbility to write fast formulas for payroll elementsExperience with BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA, HDL, and Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizationsPay slip template customizations and preparation of functional required documentsRegression testing of RICE components, reviewing open cases/issues, and troubleshooting for resolutionConsultation on requested configuration changes, analysis of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas, and stakeholder meetings to resolve priority issuesData integrity and governance through supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries, and developing integrations/file transfersAnalysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applicationsExperienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions, planning for and supporting migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches, and developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast FormulasRequirements:Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fieldGood knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll areaDesired skills: strong communications skills, ready to work night shift, positive and learning attitude
